Thank you for your interest in our tiaras and hair jewellery. We are sure you will be delighted with your tiara or hair jewellery. If however you would like to return your jewellery, we will be pleased to offer an exchange, a credit note (redeemable against any of our ready to wear jewellery or a commission) or a full refund minus postage and packaging (purchases made over the internet only). Tiaras or hair jewellery must be returned within the times stated below. No hairsprayed tiaras can be returned and your jewellery must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Tiaras and hair jewellery that has been commissioned, modified in any way or not purchased directly from our range cannot be returned. Obviously if there is a fault with your jewellery please let us know and we will replace the jewellery or refund your money immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights. UK based customer returns - 7 days EU based customer returns - 9 days US and worldwide based customer returns - 14 days |
